{"children":[],"content":"
What this service is

A registered nurse visits the home on a set schedule, takes the important health readings, does a short nursing check, records everything, and sends a clear update to you and authorized family.

Regular nurse visits. Reliable health records. Early warning when something changes.

The point of the record is practical: you have clean numbers and notes you can share with the patient’s doctor, hospital, clinic, or other authorized licensed healthcare provider in Thailand. That is who decides treatment. We monitor and document so those decisions rest on better information.

This is monitoring and support. It does not replace the doctor, change prescriptions, or provide emergency care.

What happens in a visit

Visits usually last 30 to 40 minutes. The nurse:

Checks blood pressure (two readings), pulse, oxygen, temperature, breathing rate, and weight

Checks blood sugar with your meter or CGM (equipment stays with you)

Asks about symptoms such as dizziness, shortness of breath, pain, fatigue, or confusion

Checks medication adherence: taken, missed, running low, or confusing schedules

Notes appetite, fluids, mobility, falls or near-falls, swelling, and basic skin concerns

Records the visit digitally and takes meter or equipment photos when useful

Sends a short family update after the visit

Flags changes that need family or medical follow-up, or emergency action if needed

The nurse does not independently change medication or dosage. Treatment stays with the licensed provider.

For your doctor, hospital, or clinic

Every visit builds a dated history of readings and observations. Authorized family can use that history when they talk to the patient’s doctor, hospital team, clinic, or another authorized licensed healthcare provider in Thailand. If something is trending the wrong way, you have numbers and notes to show them, not only a vague sense that something feels off.

We do not diagnose or prescribe. We collect and report so licensed clinicians can act on better data.

After the visit

Authorized family get a simple summary: the main numbers, medication status, appetite, mobility, any concerns, and the next visit. You get the clear version, not a full clinical dump.

If something looks off but is not an emergency, we record it, notify family, and recommend follow-up with the patient’s doctor or clinic. If it looks like an emergency, we follow emergency procedure, call for help when needed, and notify family.

What is included

Registered nurse visit at home

Vital signs and blood glucose / CGM check

Basic symptom, medication, food, hydration, mobility, and skin observation

Digital documentation and historical record you can share with licensed providers

Photos of displays or equipment when appropriate

Family update after each visit

Escalation when needed

What is not included

Diagnosis, prescriptions, or changing medication or insulin doses

Injections, IV treatment, complex wound care, catheter or feeding-tube procedures, or blood draws

Doctor consultations or 24-hour monitoring

Hospital transport or the nurse staying after the visit

Those needs can be separate services (caregiver cover, hospital escort, recovery care) if you want them later.

How to start

Request care or message us on WhatsApp or LINE. We set up a short patient profile (contacts, medications, treating doctor or hospital, diabetes status, access notes, and consents for records and family updates), then lock in the visit schedule.
","currency":null,"description":"A registered nurse visits on a regular schedule to check blood pressure, blood sugar, oxygen, weight, medication use, mobility, and general condition.
